Thereby, one single treatment which could cure Endometriosis, fully is yet to be developed. Therefore, treatment is administered by seeing what suits the patient most. For many women this could mean a combination of different modes of treatment.
Treatment of Endometriosis, could range between the use of pain killers, to taking recourse to nutritional therapy to even surgery. There is hormonal treatment provided for this condition too.
It is believed that the hormone- Oestrogen tends to worsen the symptoms related to Endometriosis. Subsequently, hormonal treatment is provided to her. This helps to temper the levels of Oestrogen, in her system. This could help to provide her some relief from the symptoms of Endometriosis, which engulf her. This therapy is provided in the form of prescribed drugs.
